Sleep Better Path started from a very specific, very common problem: falling asleep just fine, then waking up at 3AM almost every night with no clear reason why.
After digging into the research around middle-of-the-night waking — including sleep timing, sleep stages, habits, environment, and other factors that can affect sleep — this site became a place to share what I learned in plain language, along with clearly researched reviews of relevant products.
How This Site's Reviews Are Written
Reviews on this site, including our YU Sleep review, are based on publicly available product information, ingredient research, and evidence-informed sleep resources — not first-hand personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Product information: We review the manufacturer's published ingredients, directions, claims, pricing, and purchasing information.
- Ingredient research: Where appropriate, we look at available research surrounding ingredients and sleep-related topics.
- Claims vs. evidence: We aim to distinguish what a manufacturer says from what available evidence can reasonably support.
- Limitations: When we have not personally tested a product, we say so rather than implying first-hand experience.
Our goal is not to promise a miracle. It's to help readers understand their options, recognize marketing claims, and make more informed decisions.
